Job fairs to recruit talents
Putting recruiters together with job candidates is one of ESB’s missions. With two dedicated events every year, the school helps companies to recruit young talent.
“Solution emploi stage” forum – November
Like speed dating, the goal of this event is to help companies who are hiring for traineeships or employment meet active job seekers.
The candidates are students undergoing training (traineeships), recent graduates, and more experienced candidates (with an employment history).
The companies that participate are looking to hire people with skills in wood materials and forestry (procurement, primary processing, production, construction and design office, construction site management, R&D) at various levels of qualification (technician, mid-level manager, manager, engineer).
“Solution alternance” forum – June
Held in June, this event attracts companies who are looking to hire students for work-placement programmes such as apprenticeships and professional training programmes. When possible, recruiters should specify the ideal candidate (qualification level, jobs) when registering.
Participating job candidates must be actively seeking employment and must begin a training course in September.
